@colmonhs Have you ever made a collect call before? It’s called a collect call because you make it without money and the person you collect call either accepts or declines the collect call. If the person you place the collect call to accepts the collect call then that person pays the fee. You see, you don’t need a coin to make a collect call because if you had a coin in the first place you wouldn’t need to make a collect call.
